When you engage Trauma Outreach Associates, you know that the counselor will have significant experience and expertise in trauma treatment. Many times the same counselor will have been on-site and will be familiar with the workplace incident first-hand. In this way the counselor can expedite recovery, as the individual will not be required to provide a detailed history of the critical incident. We encourage you to consider utilizing this added benefit if any of your employees require follow-up counseling.
